Gareth Southgate is set to hold talks with Harry Maguire ahead of his England squad announcement.The Three Lions boss will name his squad on Tuesday for the upcoming Nations League games against Iceland and Denmark.
Maguire would've been a shoo in before he was arrested in Mykonos following an alleged brawl.And it has now cast doubt over his international involvement with Southgate placing a particular onus on a player's character.
He has shown his willingness to punish star players if they cross the line with Raheem Sterling left out of a game back in November following an incident with Joe Gomez.
And Maguire could suffer a similar fate despite a Greek lawyer, Zannis Panayotakopoulos, saying the charges facing the Manchester United skipper are "misdemeanours"
