Taylor Swift Performed a Throwback Song from the “Hannah Montana” Soundtrack

If there's one thing Taylor Swift has kept her fans on their toes about since starting the Eras Tour last year, it's which surprise songs she chooses to play each night. During her stop in Edinburgh on Saturday night, Swift pulled out a deep-cut song that many people in the crowd still knew. While performing to a sold-out crowd on the second of three nights at Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium in Scotland, Swift mashed up her songs “All of the Girls You Loved Before” from her love album, and “Crazier” from the 2008 Hannah Montana movie soundtrack.

Swift sat at her piano and told the crowd, “You get extra credit points if you know this next song at all because it is really, really old,” according to fan footage. As she began to play the song, the crowd immediately cheered and sang along with her. Swift did part of the song and then laughed in surprise at how many people knew the words.

“Oh my God, you’re so unbelievable,” Swift said, before playing “All the Girls You Loved Before.” For the second surprise set, Swift pulled out her acoustic guitar and played a mash-up of “Getaway Car” from her 2017 album Reputation and “The Bolter” from 2024's The Tortured Poets Department.

In  celebration of Taylor Swift's arrival in Scotland, a local spot in the Scottish highlands called Loch Tay was temporarily renamed Loch Tay Tay in honor of the singer. This isn't the first time a city or local area has changed its name for Swift; when the popstar kicked off her tour in Glendale, Arizona last March, the mayor declared the city's name would be changed to “Swift city.” She also received a key to the city while in Arlington, Texas during her three-night stop in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
