The Ukrainian Air Force said Thursday that Russia launched five ballistic missiles and 170 drones during an attack last night.

The Ukrainian Air Force said it shot down 74 drones, while 68 others likely failed to reach their targets due to electronic warfare countermeasures.

However, the Air Force did not specify the fate of the missiles and 28 remaining drones.

This comes as Ukraine's Odessa Regional Governor Oleh Kabir announced that two people were killed and 15 wounded in a Russian drone attack on Odessa, southern Ukraine.

Oleh Kabir said the attack on the city, early Thursday, also caused fires and damaged infrastructure.

"The enemy attack damaged high-rise residential buildings, houses, a large retail store, a school, and cars," Kabir said on Telegram. "Fires have broken out in some places and are being extinguished by rescuers."
