 The Iranian people did not express their opinion freely and properly, as it is considered that more than half of the people did not hold the elections, and in addition, most of the votes were invalid. The word democracy must be proven by actions and the Iranian people do not see those actions.

The democratic opposition claims the authorities have exaggerated the turnout at the polls by a factor of five, while the Iranian Resistance’s reporters published videos from deserted ballot stations.
