Biden surprises cast of hit TV show with unexpected visit

Former US President Joe Biden, accompanied by his wife Jill and son Hunter, visited the set of the hit TV series "Reacher" while filming a police chase scene in the streets of Philadelphia.

According to CBS Philadelphia, a local photographer, who was closely following the set, noticed a convoy of official vehicles arriving at the location, from which Biden and his family emerged. The crew was delighted, and began clapping and cheering.

Biden spoke with several members of the cast, including star Alan Richmond, and posed for photos with them.

The local photographer explained that the visit occurred while Biden was on his way to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant, noting that the situation was completely unexpected.

Richenton also posted a series of photos and videos from the surprise encounter on his Instagram account, along with a funny comment saying they discussed complex scientific topics such as string theory and quantum entanglement, noting that Biden had beaten him in an arm wrestling contest.

Richenton has previously sparked controversy with his anti-conservative political statements. In a previous interview, he criticized some Christians' support for President Donald Trump and later claimed he had been threatened because of his political views.
