Dutch seismologist warns of a "surprise" and specifies a 3-day timeframe.

As is his custom in stirring controversy, Dutch seismologist Frank Hoogbaits published a new warning on Friday about seismic activity that the Earth may witness in the next few days; however, this time he warned of a "surprise".

After reviewing the alignments of celestial bodies, which he calls "planetary geometry," and the potential impact of these alignments on the Earth's crust in the form of earthquakes, the Dutch astronomer warned of a specific conjunction of Earth, the Moon, and Jupiter between February 13th and 15th, during which seismic activity could increase. He added that there might be a "surprise." This warning was delivered in a video he posted on his social media accounts.

In a video accompanying his periodical, Hogerbits said, "I advise you to be extremely careful from the 13th to the 15th of the month due to the potential for increased seismic activity, especially because of the conjunction of the Moon, Earth, and Jupiter." He added, "A surprise could happen," advising his followers to be vigilant during that period.

All scientists reject the theories of the controversial Dutch researcher, considering them unscientific, asserting that there is no relationship between the planets and the movement and activity of earthquakes on Earth, and that this matter is still considered impossible.

Hooghbetts' recent predictions regarding the possibility of destructive seismic activity in early 2026 have sparked widespread controversy and concern on social media platforms.

Despite the ongoing attacks against him by geologists and astronomers, the Dutch observer insists on his theory linking the movement of the planets and their relationship to the Earth and the seismic activities that strike it, which he called "planetary geometry" and its effect on the globe.

The Dutch researcher Hoogbaits heads the SSGEOS Solar System Geometry Survey, a research organization that focuses on monitoring the geometry emerging from celestial bodies and its relationship to seismic activity on Earth.

His name began to rise to prominence with the devastating earthquake that struck Turkey in February 2023, killing more than 50,000 people. He became famous and his star rose when he claimed to have predicted the earthquake "three days before it happened." His fame skyrocketed from that moment on, and he began predicting earthquakes, both small and large, on his social media accounts, attributing these events to planetary conjunctions and movements.
