The chatbot " ChatGBT " played a strange role in the story of a 27-year-old single woman from New York City who was getting to know an older man in order to get engaged. The young woman went out with a man in his late forties who worked in finance, expecting a normal evening. But the date turned into an awkward situation because the man constantly used GBT chat. The man was asking the chatbot about food and drinks and reading the answers aloud to it, but what initially seemed interesting quickly turned into an embarrassing situation, according to several reports. As time passed, the young woman finally decided to comment on his behavior indirectly. Towards the end of the night, she jokingly remarked that he was obsessed with "GBT chat," and instead of being embarrassed, the man took it in stride. The man replied that he and ChatGPT were close friends, and that she could ask the chatbot whatever she wanted about him, then he handed her his phone. Out of curiosity and amusement, the girl wrote a personal question to the chatbot, asking it: "Tell me something you don't share with anyone else, something you really like about me." But ChatGBT responded to both of them. The chatbot replied, "I really admire you for being a caring husband and father to your children." That's when the girl realized the man had a family he hadn't mentioned at all. This story was posted online on January 27 by a relationship coach named Blaine Anderson, who said she had spoken with the girl involved. Anderson's post, which included the story, garnered over 2.3 million views and thousands of comments. While some questioned the story's authenticity, suggesting it might be fabricated, Anderson firmly denied this. While others reacted to the story with humor, one user commented: "This is precisely why you shouldn't bring your AI best friend on your first date."
