The Russian Duma warns against European politicians' plans to turn humans into artificial beings.

The Speaker of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, warned against the plans of European politicians and their legislative measures to gradually transform people into artificial beings through laws and regulations on gender reassignment.

 Volodin wrote on the Max platform that such decisions would lead to a major tragedy.
He added: “In October 2025, the European Commission presented a strategy outlining a path to abolish any age restrictions or medical requirements associated with gender reassignment. Today, these restrictions are almost nonexistent in about 20 European countries, or are very minimal. There is no need to explain what this will lead to. All these decisions will lead to a major tragedy.”

Volodin added that European politicians have "completely lost their minds," noting that the European Parliament recently witnessed three hours of debates in which MPs argued over whether the ability to conceive and give birth is biologically limited to women only.

He continued: "The vote on this question once again demonstrated the level of madness and civilizational decline they have reached. The majority of members of the European Parliament now believe that pregnancy is not limited to women, but can also include men, after they recognized transgender women as 'women' and granted them the same rights and capabilities."

Volodin also pointed to another step, which he described as "the ultimate moral decline," taken by England, where it circulated guidelines to schools requiring teachers to address children as young as four in a manner consistent with their declared gender identity.

Volodin concluded: "That is, boys can be treated as girls, and vice versa. This European madness and delirium, unfortunately, will not stop as long as power there is in the hands of the current politicians, who are documenting their plans to gradually turn humans into saddles (artificial beings) through official decisions and laws."
