iPhone 18 Pro leaks: Dark cherry may be the standout color this year.

Apple is expected to unveil three new iPhones this fall: the iPhone 18 Pro, the iPhone 18 Pro Max, and a foldable iPhone , rumored to be called the "iPhone Ultra." Now, new leaks have revealed the colors of the iPhone 18 Pro series.
An informed source in Apple's supply chain revealed to Macworld the color options for the iPhone 18 series that Apple plans to release in 2026.

Each year, Apple introduces a new distinctive color for its iPhone Pro models. With the iPhone 17 Pro series, the most prominent color was Vibrant Copper Orange, and the company is planning a different color this year, according to a report by tech news site Macworld, which was reviewed by Al Arabiya Business.

While other reports previously pointed to a "dark red" color as a distinctive color for the iPhone 18 Pro models, the informed source told Macworld that Apple is working on a "dark cherry" option to be the new main color for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.

Bloomberg and other leakers had previously indicated that Apple was experimenting with a shade of red for this year's phones, but new information suggests the color will be closer to wine than to fruit.
Although the “dark cherry” color will not be as bright and eye-catching as the “copper orange” color when seen in nature, it will still be unique enough to distinguish the phones as being from the new iPhone 18 Pro series.

As expected, Apple will discontinue production of the current color lineup, including orange.
Reports also indicate that Apple is testing two more new color options for this year's iPhone 18 Pro series. One of them is "Mirror Blue," which is similar to the current "Mist Blue" color of the base iPhone 17.

The other color under development is a darker shade of gray. A source familiar with Apple's supply chain also stated that there will be a silver version of the iPhone 18 Pro, similar to the current generation.

The source indicated that the colors are still under development, and since the iPhone 18 Pro series phones have not yet entered mass production, Apple still has plenty of time to change them.
Apple does not always offer four color options for the Pro models, so one of these colors may be excluded.
