Crazy match... Inter defeats Barcelona and qualifies for the Champions League final
After an epic football match at the San Siro, Inter Milan clinched their place in the Champions League final with a 4-3 extra-time victory over visiting Barcelona in the second leg of the semi-final on Tuesday evening.
Inter Milan, who have won the title three times, most recently in 2010, advanced to their seventh final, winning 7-6 on aggregate after a 3-3 draw in the first leg at Barcelona last week.
Barcelona, meanwhile, failed to qualify for their first final in 10 years and their ninth in their history, having won the title five times, most recently in 2015 against Juventus.
Inter Milan will now face either Paris Saint-Germain or Arsenal in the final, scheduled for May 31 at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
