Dubai ranked first among the most attractive destinations for visitors in the Middle East for 2025, followed by Abu Dhabi in second place, according to the global website TripAdvisor, which based its rankings on reviews and ratings from tourists from various countries.

The Egyptian capital, Cairo, ranked third as one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Middle East for 2025, followed by Luxor in fourth place.

Muscat in Oman ranked fifth, while the Qatari capital, Doha, ranked sixth.

Petra in Wadi Musa in Jordan ranked seventh, followed by Manama in Bahrain in eighth place, then Amman in Jordan in ninth place, and Riyadh rounded out the top ten with a ranking of tenth.

At the international level, London, UK, topped the list of favorite tourist destinations, followed by Bali, Indonesia, in second place, and Dubai, UAE, in third place.

Sicily, Italy, ranked fourth, while Paris, France, ranked fifth.

Rome, Italy, ranked sixth, followed by Hanoi, Vietnam, in seventh place, and Marrakech, Morocco, in eighth place.

Crete, Greece, ranked ninth, while Bangkok, Thailand, fell to tenth place.

The UAE is the only country in the Middle East to be included in the top ten countries in international tourism receipts.

According to the World Travel and Tourism Council's Travel and Tourism Outlook, the UAE is expected to attract 29.2 million international tourists in 2024, a 15.5 percent increase compared to 2023.
