Specialized scientists have concluded that people must "clean their brains" to avoid dementia, Alzheimer's, and related diseases. They have also identified the method by which brain "cleaning" occurs, thus maintaining its health and vitality.

According to a report published by Health Digest, a website specializing in medical and public health news, brain pollution results from lack of sleep. Therefore, good, adequate sleep is the right way to cleanse the brain, protecting people from dementia.
